Ron Marshall, who oversaw the turnaround of two large retailers, has been named to replace George Jones as CEO of Borders. Two longtime Borders executives have also been promoted to new executive roles. The changes come as Borders announced a 11.7% decline in holiday sales which included a 14.4% decline in comp sales at its superstores.
